Visible Results provides innovative loyalty, customer relationship management (CRM) and gift card solutions for a wide range of retailers from Dymocks to MacDonalds, Blockbuster to Pumpkin Patch.

Kennard Consulting helped Visible Results analyse their existing procedures and progressively streamline them away from an ad-hoc collection of e-mails, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and faxes to a tailor-made, unified workflow and time tracking system.

The system was delivered as a best-of-breed .NET Web application, using SQL Server and NHibernate for the back end, a proprietary Kennard Consulting framework for the middle tier, and a proprietary Kennard Consulting port of Java Server Faces to the ASP.NET platform for the Web layer.
